License activation is not working

Good afternoon, I would like to activate the free trial of Numbered Headings. When I go to the website, it shows an activation error:
Failed to create trial license. If the problem persists, please provide feedback.

On top of what Vronik mentioned, you might need to have to contact the vendor as well. As this is Appfire's app, you can find support contact links here: Numbered Headings | Support

But maybe first you can reach out to Atlassian Support to see if they can check on the backend what's going on and then, if needed, reach out to the vendor as well.
