When I add new users as customers in Jira, they are showing up as a user when I look at Atlassian admin. These users a receiving emails inviting them to Atlassian when previously they wouldn't have.
All of this only started last week. All customers added before the 28th July were only added to Jira customers, since then they have been showing up in both.
Does anyone know why this has started happening? And more importantly, how to stop it from happening?
Where are you adding users as customers?
As a user, are they consuming a license? And are these customers internal or external (i.e using your email domain or not)?
