Is it possible to enforce adding new pages only from templates?

Is it possible to enforce adding new pages only from templates?

I would like to define a set of templates that are relevant for the space. In order to maintain standards I would like to enforce those templates, so that no one can just create a new page from scratch, but rather only from the set of templates provided.

Is the possible?

No, this is not possible, since this was set by Atlassian.
