It looks like your email address might have an alias, which is the ronald.martinez@ge.com, and it's that email which is enabled in Confluence.
Can you try clicking on that to log in and see if that works please?

Thanks for the response, I have tried that as well. it gets a bit further sending a code to my phone, but then I still get the same result; stating I don't have access. By the way we have transitioned to GE Healthcare, so I should not be using the ge.com email address anymore.

Is there anyone internally you can ask for help with this? I think you need to speak to a Confluence admin, who can check what's going on and intervene directly.
