It was an error to open my account and now i'm not able to delete. The instruccions are just a jungle, which leads me around without the wanted result. I'm really mad about the complicated construcction of this website.
I dont want my accoount of Atlassian, please delete it for me!
Deutsch:
Silvia Pagoada
Hi @[deleted]
I understand you want to delete your account. I cannot delete this on your behalf unfortunately. But that said, you can follow the steps in Remove apps linked to your organization to first delete your Cloud site. This is necessary before you can delete your user account.
From that page:
Before you can delete an organization you need to cancel all subscriptions and trials, and then wait for the apps to be deactivated (14 days after the cancelation takes effect).
To cancel a subscription:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Billing. You'll see all the apps included in your active subscriptions.
Select Manage subscription for the app you want to delete.
Find the app you want to remove, and select
If you’re on a trial or monthly subscription, select Delete.
If you’re on an annual subscription, select Contact support (you don’t have the option to delete it yourself).
We’ll give you an indication of when the cancelation will take effect. Repeat this process for all apps in the organization.
Once the site has been cancelled, there is a period of time (15 days for some trials, 60 days for most other site types) in which the data of that site is retained. Only after the site is completed deleted can you then follow the steps in Delete your Atlassian account to delete your user account.
