 I can't get into my account. I get the error Page unavailable. I haven't logged into the account in a very long time. I have some import docs to me. How can I access them.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

If you had a Free Confluence Cloud subscription and you have not accessed it in a very long time, then your subscription has probably been deactivated and the data may have been permanently deleted.

Atlassian states in their documentation that they reserve the right to deactivate Free subscriptions that have no activity for an extended period of time. They send multiple emails to the Organization Admin warning about impending deactivation. They send another email on the day they deactivate the subscription warning that the data will be permanently deleted "soon" unless you reach out to them to reactivate your subscription.

At this point if you want an authoritative answer on the state of your subscription and data you need to contact Atlassian by completing and submitting the form on their Licensing support page:
