Hi @Kristina Tasevska , you would need to export each space individually.

  • Navigate to a space
  • select space settings
  • Expand the general section
  • select export space and your desired format

You might also consider a Market place addon. I found this one that indicates a full export to CSV. breeze-document-management-review-approval-workflows There could be others.
