I want to disable and hide the Apps for public pages because every time a client loads the page it displays this icon.
This option can't be hidden this is a default in the GUI.
There is an open feature request for this you can vote for and follow, CONFCLOUD-75753

Hi Jacolene,
If these pages are client-facing, the cleanest solution may be to publish them outside the default Confluence public page view.
Native public Confluence pages can still show some Confluence UI elements that are not ideal for customers.
Our app Public Pages for Confluence may help here.
It lets you publish selected Confluence pages as clean public web pages with your own branding, custom domain, SEO settings, and analytics.
