Are you referring to an app you installed accidentally on sandbox?
Just install the app on the main instance and you can use it there.
Or am I completely wrong in my assumption?
In my account in the Product settings tab in the 'Jira settings' section, I have two instances
[project_domain].attlasian.net
and
[project_domain]-sandbox.attlasian.net
Yesterday I opened the confluence page with the charts for the first time.
In place of the chart, it was written something like
"READY TO START WORKING WITH THE CHARTS"
I chose yes, and after that I was asked to choose which instance would work with the charts
"[project_domain].attlasian.net or [project_domain]-sandbox.attlasian.net"
and I have chosen [project_domain]-sandbox.attlasian.net instead of [project_domain].attlasian.net.
So now none of the charts work for me and it says that an invalid JQL query has been entered, although I know that it works, simply because I chose a sandbox instance for the charts - JQL query is not working.
How do I select another instance for my charts, not a sandbox?

@Marc - Devoteam thanks. Could you please navigate me where can I find connected apps in confluence?
