How can I share unpublished changes as a draft?

I have some software documentation where I need to share "unpublished changes". How would I do that? I see that you can share drafts, but in this case the docs are already published. I have changed the docs to support the new version and I need to share them with developers, but I can't publish my changes until the new version of the software is in production.

Hi Eric, have you tried 'Collaborative Editing'?  Next to my Profile icon, while I'm editing it, there's a + sign where I can Invite people to Edit the page.  I'm able to do that while I'm in the middle of editing.
