Hi, I can't install apps to Confluence even if I'm the site admin.

I can see just "Request button". What do I do wrong?

Hello @Jan Mikulecky ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am not sure what "Request Button" you are referring to since you are not providing enough information on what you are doing.

However, being a site-admin, you should be able to install add-ons on your Confluence instance by following below steps:

  1. Go to Confluence Settings Manage Apps (https://YOUR_SITE.atlassian.net/wiki/plugins/servlet/upm)
  2. Click on Find new Apps (this will bring you to https://YOUR_SITE.atlassian.net/wiki/plugins/servlet/ac/com.atlassian.confluence.emcee/discover#!/discover)
    find-new-apps.jpg
  3. Search for the app you'd like to install, select it and click on the Try it Free button.

In case this won't work for you, please provide the exact steps you are following as well as a screenshot showing what you see.

Cheers,
Dario

Hi Dario, I saw Request button instead of Get or Try it free button on the right side. But it was yesterday. Now it seems to be ok and I'm able to install the apps I want.

Hi @Jan Mikulecky ,

It might have been a temporary glitch, happy to know the issue is now solved! :)

Cheers,
Dario
