Hi Team,

I would like to add "Status' column in my Page Properties Report', however when I add the columns the existing columns added disappear and also the Status column does not fetch the desired outcome.

Also I am not able to see the 'Select Macro' option within edit 'Page Properties Report' macro.

Best Regards,

Vishakha

In Confluence Cloud, the Page Properties Report macro doesn’t include a “Select Macro” option anymore—the Cloud editor automatically detects and aggregates data from pages containing the Page Properties macro that share the same label. To make your report show a “Status” column, you first need to ensure that every source page’s Page Properties table has a column header named exactly “Status” and that those pages are tagged with the label referenced in the report macro. When editing the Page Properties Report macro, verify the label under Filter by label and confirm the column names in the Columns to show field match the headers in the Page Properties tables.
