Hey all,

I need help formatting bullets. I have continuous text and would now like to add a break (Enter). I can wrap with \\, but then it no longer recognizes the second bullet point.

My text example

*text1\\* text2\\* text3

it looks like

  • text1
    * text2
    * text3

but i want

  • text1
  • text2
  • text3

any ideas?

thanks in advance

christina

Hi, @Christina Pagel

You can try to use newline maker like \n

String will look like:

*text1\n* text2\n* text3

@Christina Pagel welcome to the community!

I don't think you can add lists in one line using Markdown. What you could do instead would be adding each list item in a single line:

* Item 1
* Item 2
* Item 3
