Constantly requested to sign in in Jira and Confluence CLOUD

Since a couple of weeks all users are required to log in every time they are opening Jira or Confluence. As it happens to everyone I would think it has nothing to do with some individual settings. And even though I'm not the only admin, I verified that no one change some global settings.

Our IT tried to verify our domain but could this be the reason why?

I don't know if you are an org admin, but I think there is a policy in place in Atlassian Administration that has the idle session duration set for all users and all applications to a short period of time.
