No matter what space key I enter, I get this message:

I tried examples that I know cannot exist, for example: OurProjectName1fSc0kd9TF6CiKgRmFkJ2kwx9d6YENr

but it still shows the error message.

How can I continue to create my space? And what is actually causing that error?

Hi @Divan van Zyl , that is odd and seems buggy. Is this happening for multiple users and browsers?

Turns out I just had to close it and create the space anew. Same bowser and user. It was definitely a bug as you said though.

Can you check in the console of the browser? Sometimes that would give more info.
Is that happening recently? Also, can you ask other admin to create space?

Try without providing customised key
