Hi,
I wonder if it is possible to do the following:
I have Jira and Confluence cloud together on one domain eg. https://xyz.atlassian.net. We using Jira for some time now and we buy Confluence in standard plan recently. We already have some content in Confluence, but we don't know if we will continue to use Confluence.
We have the opportunity to get a 6-month trial version to try Confluence, but only on the condition that we have to create a new trial Confluence site (with a different address eg. https://qwerty.atlassian.net).
Can we migrate data from an existing Confluence to this trial version?
If we decide to continue with Confluence after 6 months, is it possible to change the Confluence domain name (URL) so that it is together with Jira (https://xyz.atlassian.net/wiki)?
Thank you
Pavel
@Pavel JunekYes, it is possible to change the name afterwards. However the process means you need to contact Atlassian support and ask them to do it for you.
Another possibility is to generate a cloud backup on qwerty.atlassian.net, and then import the backup into xyz.atlassian.net. Be careful when doing this, in order to not overwrite data in xyz.atlassian.net.
