Anonymous Survey and Polls

Hi All,

I am a new user of Confluence.

I need to know if there are any templates where my team members and I can create anonymous votes/surveys regarding issues/concerns where a particular team member creates poll/survey anonymously and other team members can upvote/downvote anonymously too.

Especially the last one which is free, states on the description that it supports anonymous feedback.
