Add help on Alerts.

Hello,

I want to add helps (steps to follow) for diferents automatic alerts generated by email (Meraki and HP switches).

Can i add some Help's depending on words in the title of the alert?

For example:

The alert generated by email contains "ip duplicated" in the title.

I have a Help in Confluence about to solve this problem.

I want to add this help if the title contains "ip duplicated".
