Great Session, Excited to automate content review cycles by notifying page owners of inactivity and auto-archiving outdated pages. Looking forward to exploring more with scheduled triggers and AI-driven automation!
I use Confluence automations to streamline product release documentation by automatically creating a series of templated pages in a predefined hierarchical structure. This ensures consistency and saves time by eliminating manual setup for each release.

I wanted to add a label to multiple pages based on the starting letter of the page title. As there were over 100 of pages, automation helped achieve the task in minutes

I really enjoyed watching the video on Automations as I found it a much more useful resource for learning vs. reading instructions. My use case is: WHEN an action item is created on X page, IF the word 'SLS' is used THEN create a Jira issue in X space. Mainly i'd also like to sort out how to create automatons for specific pages/page trees/ folders vs. whole Spaces. There are often many different people using pages in Spaces and I do not want my automations to effect their pages.

I’m excited to explore automating content reviews in Confluence! Setting up a rule to auto-tag stale pages for review and notify the right team members will be a game-changer for keeping our documentation fresh. Also looking forward to experimenting with auto-archiving outdated content—goodbye, clutter! 🚀 Can’t wait to see what others are automating!
