Hi,
We are consistently receiving the following error when attempting to upload evidence to a Test Run:
"Error adding evidence to Test Run" "Error adding evidence"
This issue occurs across multiple Test Executions and is not related to a specific test case. Test execution completes successfully, but evidence cannot be attached.
App: zephyr
Any guidance on how to investigate or resolve this issue would be appreciated.

Could you also let me know if it affects all users and whether it happens with all attachments?
Did you check your browser's Developer Tools (Network/Console) for any failed requests when uploading the evidence?
