Sometimes the in the Agile Poker Platform i cannot vote anymore

While being logged into an Agile Poker Planning session, I cannot vote anymore.

The user avatar becomes idle, and the voting cards disappear.

We are using the board with 10+ users.

Refreshing the tab doesn't help.

Can you help?

Which 3rd party app is used for the planing poker, this as Jira has not planning poker ootb?

It might be useful to reach out to the support channel of the app developer.
