User permissions in BigGantt

My team is about to implement the use of the BigGantt app. Before we do, I want to know if every user will have the permission / ability to move tasks' start dates, end dates, etc.... from the BigGantt graphic. Can I take these permissions away if so? Or would I need to always have the Scheduling mode on locked?

You can assign your own permission structure in the settings (as a admin). --> App settings.
