We have used the Power BI Connector for Jira for years on multiple Power Bi reports but last week it failed due to some columns no longer existing in the api. The columns do show in the Power BI Connector Data Relationships page. Has anyone had this same issue?

Hello @jonroth

Thanks for your question!

It seems you are having issue with some of the data being retrieved from Jira, using the Power BI Connector. As @Anna Odrynska mentioned, depending on the vendor of your application, you might need to reach out to their support directly.

In case the vendor is Tempo, please contact them through their portal: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/group/1065/create/1411

If the connector is by Appfire however, here is our support portal: https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11

In both cases, you will find a competent team of support agents ready to help!

Sincerely,

Quentin from Appfire
