I tried to import issues to Jira and I got a pop up message telling me that Issues have been imported successfully but nothing were imported when I checked my project board. There is no error messages or whatso ever. This is a bizarre product. Certainly it is not easy to use from my experience. I hope someone in this community has come across the similar issue and able to help. Thanks.
It s always a good practice to have the search test page open and have the same refreshed with sort by creation date. I have seen in past if there are many test cases in the excel which I import, it takes a while to reflect the same in the UI.
