Problem with active sprints to be displayed

Last week we had a problem after switching to save mode in Jira (server based). Now all sprints lost their tickets and are not shown anymore in the "Active Sprint"-section. Re-index did not help. I guess there is a problem with the app / plugin "Jira Agile" - does anybody know how we can solve that ? Thanks for any hint :-)

Hi @Tom Hollmann  and welcome!

First of all we need to figure out yoyr JIRA version instance. You are talking about Jira agile so I think you are using an old jira version. Btw, please enable again jira agile plugin and verify that all module are enabled. If not please take a look to the log files so we can figure out what is happening.

We are using Jira 8.20.10, not yet in the cloud :-)

In the list of apps all apps are activated incl. Jira Agile. But when I check the logs, it shows that e.g. the plugin for "sprint search" has been disabled while switching to save mode, but never been enabled agin. We are also not able to search for the field "Sprint" - it does not appear anymore in the field list ...

For the app Jira Agile all 460 modules are enabled.

Last Friday we had an online session with our Jira Support (Scandio) - we move the plugins and restarted Jira, we did a full index - but nothing helped.

Problem is solved - the issue came from the custom field table, field "Sprint" had a NULL string.

Value added from Test environment and after re-indexing it worked again.
