The team is working on bringing the team-managed workflow editor closer in feature parity to the company-managed workflow editor. One of the key features we’re adding is to get more workflows rules in the team-managed workflow editor so you can better automate your workflows.
What’s your vision for workflows?
Our vision is to eventually have one workflow editor with the team-managed workflow editor’s ease of use and the company-managed workflow editor’s power and flexibility.
What are the two workflow editors?
There are two workflow editor experiences:

The workflow editor in team-managed projects.

The workflow editor in company-managed projects.
The one you have in your project will depend on your project type (team-managed project or company-managed project).
The feedback we’ve received has generally said that the team-managed workflow editor is easier to use but the company-managed workflow editor has more features. That’s why our goal is to create a single workflow editor with the best of both worlds!
