Hi everyone, Kelsi here. Software Support Analyst at LIC also administering majority of Confluence and JIRA Software, Core and Service desk. After our entire business was given essential status and all of us moving to work remotely there has been an increased strain on JIRA and Confluence set ups for teams who will being using this software for the first time. Not having access to my Atlassian books (on the way soon helpfully!) I rediscovered this community and have since found this group.
Gutted to have missed the memo on the Summit but I will keep my eyes out for the next one.
