Suggestion: Could whitespace be trimmed from the end of posts?

Here on the Atlassian Community, if I post a question, discussion, answer or reply with extra line breaks after the content, it results in the thread being broken up with white space.

Could this be trimmed automatically, so that we get neater threads?
