Open Source Request form is down

Due to the new web page layout the link: http://www.atlassian.com/software/views/opensource-license-request.jsp no longer work. What's the new address?

Apologies for the 404, the page is now at:

Other stuff is broken eg - http://www.atlassian.com/about/careers/listing.jsp?jobID=63#sf_jobs. Unfortunately you won't be able to hire anyone at the moment to help you fix it...
