Totally backing this up 👆
Atlassian University is a great starting point (even I've you've worked with Atlassian tools for a while). When following prep. courses for certifications, you even have sample questions so you can get the feeling of how questions are usually structured and what you can expect.
However, a note is that courses don't fully prepare you and won't guarantee that you'll pass. You'll need to play in the sandbox environment and test everything out (especially features you're not using regularly!!) to get deeper knowledge about some items.
Hope this helps. Happy studying!
Cheers,
Tom

Welcome to the Atlassian Community, @Flavia Di Campli !
Hope you have great learning and sharing experiences here!
Hi @Flavia Di Campli, I know I'm late but want to welcome you to the Community!
As someone who is stalling on taking their exams (that'd be me), the suggestions you have are spot-on. I also use the "Are You Smarter Than A..." Community-live events as a "real-world quiz". These are once-a-month quiz events over the different Jira apps, Confluence, and Trello. The Community Leaders ask questions that are like those on the exams and we answer in the Mentimeter app. You can earn gift cards and exam vouchers too!
I have been using these as a "knowledge check" to see if I am ready to answer exam questions without looking anything up. I keep my stats to see if I've improved from the last quiz and see where I need to study more.
If you select the "Events" dropdown at the top of this page and select "Atlassian Community Events", you'll find them there. Next one is for Trello, Dec. 9th. They're fun too!
