Atualmente já utilizo a ferramenta, que esta em Cloud. Mas temos 1 ambiente, que se divide em 2 projetos (Um para cada cliente).

A ideia é cada cliente tenha sua conta no Jira (Pagando por isso), e os chamados integrarem no meu ambiente Jira Service Desk.
