Hi Everyone,
I'm new here having just been on boarded as the Community Leader for Leeds, UK. I run an IT consulting business and have a background in software engineering. I've also been involved in the agile movement for nearly 20 years now and have run a regional community of practice group called Agile Yorkshire since 2011. We've had hundreds of speakers and thousands of attendees to these events and I'm hoping I can bring some of that experience the ACE.
Any getting started tips or tricks would be great to hear.
Royd.
Welcome Royd to the community, and congratulations on your new role. Our team attended their first ACE Roadshow event yesterday in Houston. It was fun and a great learning experience.
We would love to stay connected, and If you're ever looking for ways to bring AI-powered automation into Agile teams, we’d love to chat and explore synergies! Wishing you all the best in your new role.
Welcome @roydbrayshay
I think the best tips I can offer are firstly to look at which groups are available that interest you, join those and them read through the discussions and questions, secondly to join the community leader's slack and thirdly attend the monthly coffee mornings with other community leaders.
Good luck with your community!
