Hi fellow Atlassians. I am Darren Gillespie and I am pretty new to this platform. I have used Jira sparingly in the past as a Scrum Master and Product Owner but I am now diving in as a Customer Success Manager with a focus on Technical Integrations for our customers. 

I am hoping to learn more about Jira Administation and the plethora of features on this platform. I have a personal goal to become certified in some fashion or another.
