@Jodi LeBlanc I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed it, thank you! Checking social media from a web browser is definitely helpful, in my opinion. I feel like this sense of relief is very common and it makes social media even scarier in my mind since it makes me realize how much our brains get influenced by that. Thankfully, we found a solution that works for us.

@Alice  I agree, I am grateful we found a solution that works for us too. I find without my phone attached I see and hear things differently, I tap into all my senses and experience things fully. And yes my camera roll did get smaller too, I was more focused on taking mental images instead of digital ones :)

@Jodi LeBlanc oh yes! I'm glad I also managed to reduce the number of photos I take, it helps me to savor more every moment without specifically looking for instagrammable things to capture. That was a wrong approach for me.

@Alice I love taking photos, but now I just have albums that are for me. I haven't added anything to Instagram since early December, where I used to post at least once a week in the past (or more).
