Hi Suzanne, welcome to the Community!

The announcement about the 10 Collaborator limit in a Free Workspace recommends that if you would like to stay on the Free plan, you should be able to check your Collaborator count for your Workspace and ensure it's within the limit. If you have exceeded the limit, here's a link with details about how to remove someone from your Workspace - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/removing-people-from-a-workspace

And here's a link with more information about how to remove someone from the boards in your Workspace - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/removing-a-member-from-a-board

If you'd prefer not to remove collaborators from your Workspace, you can also upgrade to any of our paid plans, allowing you to have as many collaborators in your Workspace as you need.

You can compare the features available with our paid plans to see if they're right for you here - https://trello.com/select-team-to-upgrade

If you'd like to discuss this in more detail outside a public forum, please create a support ticket with us here at trello.com/contact. We'll be happy to assist you. Please include the Workspace URL you'd like to upgrade and any other questions you have in the ticket.

I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any questions!
