Does anybody know how to sync Trello <> Slack to get Trello card activity on slack?I have only managed to sync a board with slack but not specific cards..

When using the official integration, notifications in Slack about Trello activity happen at the board level rather than at the card level.
If you need notifications only for specific cards on a board, you can set that up using a third-party automation tool such as Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/trello/integrations/slack.
