However, two weeks ago, the premium features suddenly ceased functioning. Despite numerous attempts to contact Atlassian via email to address this issue, we have yet to receive a response. Enclosed with this message, you'll find the receipt confirming payment for the premium subscription.
This issue has been significantly impacting our work.
