my coworker account is blocked

Hello,

 

My coworker's account is blocked, therefore she can't access the workplace. How can this be resolved?

I assume the user has permissions to access the Workspace?

Do you mean...

  • User cannot access this Workspace, or...
  • User's entire Atlassian Account is blocked?

Do they see an error?

I shared a workplace and it says that they can't join and shows that they are blocked.

I'd contact support for this one. See if they can contact either...

...and request a reason for why they're blocked / get unblocked?
