You can design Trello board for almost any aspects of your business. I know of a real estate client that uses Trello for estate and property manage where teams collaborate to address maintenance service requests, moving in /out, renewal of tenancy etc. A more specific case involves acquiring land and selling them. They use Trello with Zapier to create agreements. So it really depend on your use case.
