i am unable to type in links without trello stripping parts of it and converting it into a "smart li

This just started happening and it is going to destroy my workflow. I just want the ability to type a link, and have trello link to what i type.

 

for example if i type website.com/wp-admin trello used to link to https://website.com/wp-admin

now it "smartly" converts just the website.com into a smart link and ignores the /wp-admin part.

This is very annoying

@Bryan Welcome to the Atlassian community.  

You can install link preserver for trello in Chrome or Firefox to prevent the smart linking from occurring and preserve the links the way you would like them.  There is no setting in Trello that allows you to turn off smart linking,
