Thanks for your response. It still not allowing me to delete. Says I have a managed account although no one knows who manages it. I believe the person that set up the account has left the company. unfortunately the subscription is still being billed to me credit card! I do not want it. How do I override this?

Managed accounts would be managed centrally at your business - across potentially multiple Atlassian products (like Jira, Confluence, etc).
An Org Admin can deactivate or delete your account from here: https://admin.atlassian.com/
This might be yourself, or a member of your IT Team?

Everything I can find says its deleted. I deleted all my boards, all the account. Now how do I get refunded for the 3 charges made to my card since Januray while I messed around trying to contact you guys? I have had multiple staff, IT Dept involved. It should not be this hard to discontinue and feels like it was set up that way so it is really hard to end subscription.
Not happy with your service at all.
Is there a person I can talk to ? Please?

I don't work for Atlassian; I'm a Community Leader, but still just a normal user like yourself! You'd need to contact Trello Support to discuss the above - you can contact them via https://trello.com/contact#/

I love tech but sometimes I just want to talk to a REAL person. Seems like this could have been fixed 3 months ago in about 39 seconds. gah.

I'd still contact support, but I've also mentioned it to Atlassian via another route, just in case that helps :)
