can't get a name of site, there are says that it's techniсal problem and contact with technical support. although for applying I should write my URL, which I can't to get!

Do you mean you can't access your Trello account / workspace?

You should be able to raise a support request directly to Trello without the URL from here - https://trello.com/contact#/

Let us know what the specific option is that you're choosing where you can't do this :)
