Why is the handle on a collaborator not changing, even do the mail is different

Hi, I used to have a collaborator with Named @Regina.risi (she es no longer with us)

Now i Have a new collaborator with name @Nina.daniela

Both of them have different mails.

But when I send the invitation to @Nina.daniela (with her email nina.daniela@duopuncta.com) , de handle in Trello is Still @Regina.lisi 

Nina.daniela changed her profile but the handle is still wrong, I've attached a picture

It seems like it was one account that was transferred from one user to another user. Anyway, you can change the Public name as explained here https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-your-public-name/
