Why is my email report with all cards and lists is coming up empty

Hi Everyone.

I've tried a million different things but cannot get the system to include all cards and lists in the actual body of the email, it just includes the message and then says for more info go to Trello. Command below.

Please can someone assist and tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Andil,

You need to include the variable for the report in the message - if you change the message to "Include the snapshot of cards/lists here: {$report_html}" it should work.
