We currently have the free account but due to changes we are needing to price out our current boards to see what the cost would be for all of our boards and with multiple members being on multiple boards.

Unfortunately we do not assist with billing issues over the Community. If you have any questions, I would first head to your billing page in the Workspace you're trying to upgrade in Trello. This will provide you with the cost of upgrading your Workspace depending on the number of billable users you have (Workspace members and multi-board guests) in this Workspace.
