Viewing email messages on a card

I am trying to find out how other Team members can read emails that have been added to a card from my own email account. I have tried as both a comment and an attachment. It seems that I am the only person who can click on the link and have the email open. No one else can do so.  Any tips would be appreciated.

Perhaps this is a permission issue with the email service -- others cannot access your email account (as it should be!)

What you may want to do is to forward the email to the board, instead of pasting a link to it. Check out
