Verifying account details

We cannot receive verification emails and have checked our junkmail? It is odd as others have been found before but with this new person coming into our team, we just cannot see the verification email.

 

We have also checked with out IT guy? Any other suggestions?

Hey Karen,

It can be a bit tough to diagnose this sort of thing without knowing much about your specifics. 

  • Is this happening to everyone in your org, or just some folks?
  • What is the company or email domain?
  • Have you tried opening a ticket with our Support team directly?
