I need support with a formal quotation on the premium version of Trello so that I can upgrade to premium.

I work through a corporate company and need to follow a certain process to pay for the upgrade, therefore requesting a formal quotation from Trello on the premium version.

I have requested this more than a week ago, without any reply or support.

Now the limitations on the free version came into effect today without us being able to upgrade. 

 

Can you please  restore the previous free version functionality on my account until such time that we can actually upgrade successfully to the premium version?

Are you able to use a quote generated within the product itself?

If so, you can see how much the upgrade would cost by going to the Workspace billing page. To navigate there, click on the down arrow next to "Workspace settings" in the sidebar, and then click on "Upgrade workspace." You'll be able to switch between monthly and annual billing on that page to see how much each option would cost. To get a breakdown of what type of license are included and what the final cost with sales tax would be, you can click on "Upgrade now" under the plan you're interested in. You'll be able to leave that screen without upgrading, but it will include all the pricing information, which you can then send to the person at your company who would approve that expense. It look like this:
