I know every Trello Card has a unique ID for the card and I know how to find it in the URL . . . I'm trying to figure out how to display the card 's unique ID permanently in the title of the card.
I'm sure I must be missing a setting somewhere for displaying this. Any assistance if greatly appreciated.
Is the inability to display a unique card ID still the case here in July 2023?
It's pretty much mission critical with my company and I really don't want to have to migrate elsewhere because I like Trello.
I can't be the only case out there with such a need.
Curious: Why do you want to do this?
To my knowledge, this isn't possible without using automation. You could create a Butler rule that adds the card ID to the card name:
when a card is added to the board, rename the card to "{cardid} {cardname}"
