I have a guest user showing as deactivated, when I try to reactive them from the board or member tab, the reactivate button is greyed out and I can't click on it. I'm one of a couple admins and I'm confused at why I can't do this and what I can do to get the users account reactivated.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
